From coast to coast — and across international waters — projects supported by the CSIN bring together people, organizations, and ideas to grow Canada’s seaweed industry responsibly.

These initiatives range from local pilot programs and student-led research to international partnerships and trade events such as the Beauty By the Sea Event in Oban, Scotland. Each project contributes to a larger goal: building a connected and resilient seaweed ecosystem that benefits communities, the environment, and the economy.
